- All events take place at the Battle Creek Executive Airport.
- All scheduled activities/events are “weather permitting”.
- NO RAIN CHECKS OR REFUNDS.
- No loitering or viewing from parking lots.
- No glass bottles or alcoholic beverages are permitted.
- Coolers will be inspected.
- Alcoholic beverages may be purchased with cash or credit cards (must have proper ID).

Daily Parking
Vehicles will be parked in the main parking off of Helmer Road and South Airport Road. Bicycles and Motorcycles are also welcome and we will have a designated area (on hard surface) for both. Your parking pass will be good all day; so you can come and go freely.
Daily Vehicle Parking (Cash Only)

Daily Bicycle and Motorcycle Parking (Cash Only)
Bicycles and Motorcycles are permitted in designated areas at the Main Entrance off Helmer Road via Gates 16 & 17. Please bring your own lock. Parking Fee is $5 per Bike and you can come and go as you like (good for the entire day).
Motorcycles will have parking on Runway 1331. You will access this via the two Main Entrances of Helmer Road. Parking Fee is $5 per Motorcycle and you can come and go as you like (good for the entire day).
Gate Admission Fees (Credit Card or Cash)
Daily Admission Fees are listed below. Admission can be purchased in advance on our website or cash at the gate. Credit Card sales also available at the gate. Your admission fee is good all day, however, you will need to ask for the daily wristband upon exiting if you wish to return. If you don’t obtain one of the bands, you will have to pay to come back in. Once you are on the event grounds, all events are free to watch with the exception of riding rides or playing games at the Carnival.

Skerbeck Carnival Pricing
Come visit the Skerbeck Carnival again this year at the Battle Creek Field of Flight. We are excited to have them return and provide great family fun! They were a huge success at last year’s Field of Flight and they are one of the BEST carnivals on the circuit today. They offer rides for everyone at great values. Skerbeck Carnival which will be operating 4 days this year – July 3rd – July 6th.
Carnival Prices:
Wednesday, July 3: $30 Wristband (Community Kick-Off Day!)
Thursday, July 4: $30 Wristband
Friday, July 5: $30 Wristband
Saturday, July 6: $30 Wristband
Sunday, July 7: No Carnival on Sun July 7
- Individual Ride Tickets $1.50 each or buy a sheet of 50 for $60.
- Rides require 3-6 tickets each except the Top Gun ride.
- Top Gun Ride requires 12 tickets or a wristband/mega band plus 4 additional tickets.
- Height restrictions apply.

Carnival at the Field of Flight
Pre-Sale Redemption Instructions
Show your e-tic barcode at the carnival redemption booth. Don’t worry if you missed it, you can purchase your wristbands on site at our ticket boxes, cash only on site. ATMs available.
Handicap Accessible Parking & Shuttle
Handicap Parking with Handicap Sticker or License Plate: Upon entrance to the Parking Lots located off HELMER ROAD, please advise Parking Volunteers that you or someone in the vehicle is handicapped. The Parking Committee will direct you to the designated Handicap Parking Area. We have a Free Shuttle Service that will run back and forth from the Handicap Parking area to the main gate.
Please remember we are on grass but we do have runways and taxiways that we can use to be mobile on. However, should anyone need any assistance or walking is a burden, simply let the Parking Committee know that you will need our “FREE HANDICAP SHUTTLE SERVICE,” and they will call the Handicap Shuttle Service Committee for you.
When handicap guests are ready to return to their vehicle, simply go to the the gate you entered at (Main Gate off Helmer Road or King Jewelers Gate off South Airport Road).
There will also be wheelchair accessible port-a-jons on the event grounds.
HANDICAP SHUTTLE SERVICE HOURS OF OPERATION

- Sunday, July 7, 10am – Close
We have a free Shuttle Service that will transport handicap people from their Vehicle parked in our lots, Sponsor Parking Lot Signs, Handicap Parking, etc., to the event grounds. Please note: These are a four passenger carts and only one family per trip will be permitted. We also have a Vendor that rents handicap carts that are permissible to have on the event grounds.
In the parking lot located off Helmer Road, there will be Company/Sponsor Signs. Spectators should be sure to write down or take a picture of the Sign you are closest to.
The parking lot located off South Airport Road is called BluFish and also has Shuttle Service. Simply tell the Parking Committee Volunteer with a Vest and Radio that you will need a Shuttle and they will call for the Shuttle Service and direct you to the proper waiting area.
Any spectators wishing for a ride back to their vehicle area, at the conclusion of the event, will proceed out the Main Entrance (off of Helmer Road) or King Jewelry Gate (off of S. Airport Road / BluFish Lot) to the Shuttle Service signs or simply ask On-Field Security personnel.
