- All events take place at the Battle Creek Executive Airport.
- All scheduled activities/events are “weather permitting”. NO RAIN CHECKS OR REFUNDS.
- No loitering or viewing from parking lots.
- No glass bottles or alcoholic beverages are permitted. Coolers will be inspected.
- Alcoholic beverages may be purchased (must have proper ID).
- We do not accept credit cards for parking or admission. An ATM is available at Gate Admissions.
- Children 3 ft. and under are FREE EVERY DAY!
- Handicapped scooters and wagons will be available for rent.
Admission & Pricing
All activities are WEATHER PERMITTING. NO RAIN CHECKS OR REFUNDS on any purchases (advance sales, admission, parking, RV fees, Carnival tickets or wristbands etc…). Gates will be open Rain or Shine and we’ll always have something going on unless really serious weather approaches.
WE DO NOT SELL GATE ADMISSION AND PARKING TICKETS ONLINE. IF YOU LIVE LOCAL AND WOULD LIKE TO COME INTO THE OFFICE TO PURCHASE A 5 DAY PASS, PLEASE DO SO.
Parking & Admission Fees
Daily Parking Fees are assessed for the event. Parking will be charged (CASH ONLY) before entering the event gate & parking area. Please have your cash ready to avoid delays. After payment to one of our parking volunteers, you will receive your parking pass which you must display inside of your vehicle. From there, you will be directed to your parking spot.
Your parking pass will be good all day. You can feel free to come and go as you want. Your parking space will not be saved. Just make sure you retain your admission wristbands and parking pass to be able to get back into the parking area and event grounds without re-purchasing. We cannot guarantee the same parking spot or location for you to sit on the event grounds. See details below of the available Handicapped Parking and Shuttle Service.
Daily Vehicle Parking
- Thursday, June 30: $10 per vehicle
- Friday, July 1: $5 per vehicle
- Saturday, July 2: $5 per vehicle
- Sunday, July 3: $5 per vehicle
- Monday, July 4: $5 per vehicle
**PLEASE NOTE: There is a different fee charged each day on RV Camping/Parking.
Daily Bicycle and Motorcycle Parking
Bicycles and Motorcycles are permitted in designated areas. We will have a Bike rack at the Main
Entrance off Helmer Road via JB Whiskey Gate and or Denso Gate. You will be allowed to park
your Bike on the rack. Please bring your own lock. We will also have a Bike rack at the BluFish
parking Tent. Again, please plan to bring your own lock. Parking Fee is $5 per Bike and you can
come and go as you like (good for entire day). Motorcycles will have parking on Runway 1331. You will access this via the two Main Entrances of Helmer Road. Parking Fee is $5 per Motorcycle and you can come and go as you like (good for entire day).
Gate Admission Fees
Daily Admission Fees are listed below. Admission (CASH ONLY) will be charged at one of the
many walk-through entrance gates into the event grounds. Please have your cash ready to avoid
wrist. Once you have this band, you are free to come and go throughout the day providing you have
the daily wristband. In addition, you can see all the activities taking place including the bands,
fireworks, etc., without an additional fee. You may roam the area at Skerbeck Carnival, however, to
ride rides or play games will cost extra. ATM’s are located at the Main Entrance off Helmer Road.

Come visit the Skerbeck Carnival again this July at the Battle Creek Field of Flight. We are excited to have them return for the AGAIN! They were a huge success at last year’s Field of Flight and they are one of the BEST carnivals on the circuit today. They offer rides for everyone at great values. Pre-Sale Redemption Instructions
Show your e-tic barcode at the carnival redemption booth. Presale ends at NOON on June 30. Don’t worry if you missed it, you can purchase your wristbands onsite at our ticket boxes, cash only onsite. ATMs available.
Handicap Accessible Parking & Shuttle
Handicap Parking with Handicap Sticker or License Plate: Upon entrance to the Parking Lots located off HELMER ROAD, please advise Parking Volunteers that you or someone in the vehicle is handicapped. The Parking Committee will direct you to the designated Handicap Parking Area. We have a Free Shuttle Service that will run back and forth from the Handicap Parking area to the main gate.
Please remember we are on grass but we do have runways and taxiways that we can use to be mobile on. However, should anyone need any assistance or walking is a burden, simply let the Parking Committee know that you will need our “FREE HANDICAP SHUTTLE SERVICE,” and they will call the Handicap Shuttle Service Committee for you.
When handicap guests are ready to return to their vehicle, simply go to one of the Beverage Tents, back to the Main Entrance or flag down any volunteer on a golf cart and they will call the Handicap Shuttle Service.
**Please understand, due to Covid-19, we are limited as to what we are allowed to do, so the Shuttle Service this year will only be for our Handicap Guests. Thank you for understanding.
There will also be wheelchair accessible port-a-jons on the event grounds.

We have a free Shuttle Service that will transport handicap people from their Vehicle parked in our lots, Sponsor Parking Lot Signs, Handicap Parking, etc., to the event grounds. Please note: These are a four passenger carts and only one family per trip will be permitted. We also have a Vendor that rents handicap carts that are permissible to have on the event grounds.
In the parking lot located off Helmer Road, there will be Company/Sponsor Signs. Spectators should be sure to write down or take a picture of the Sign you are closest to.
The Parking Lot off Helmer Road, with Denso Gate #17 and JB Whiskey Grill Gate #16, will be divided in to four sections. The Company/Sponsor Signs will be in these sections and a minimum of four (4) Different Colored Flags will be in place; please remember that Yellow Flags are for Handicap Parking and not part of the four (4) that will be in the sections. These Flags are for the Parking Committee to better direct the Shuttle Team to the location of where they have spectators needing a ride and this will be a designated area for pick up and drop off.
Spectators arriving and in need of a Shuttle should alert a member of the Parking Committee (they will be wearing an Orange or Yellow Vest and have a Radio). The Parking Committee will direct you to first park and point you to the nearest entrance to the event grounds or Shuttle Service Pick up.
The Parking Lot located off South Airport Road is called BLUFISH and also has Shuttle Service. Simply tell the Parking Committee Volunteer with a Vest and Radio that you will need Shuttle and they will call for the Shuttle Service and direct you to the proper waiting area.
Any Spectators wishing for a ride back to their vehicle area, at the conclusion of the event, will proceed out the Main Entrance or King Jewelry Gate to the Shuttle Service Waiting Signs.
